Safari Itinerary

Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel (time depends on location) and transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your 6:00 AM flight to Arusha Airport. After a short briefing, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its iconic baobab trees and large elephant herds. Enjoy a full-day game drive across the vast savannahs, where you’ll also spot giraffes, zebras, lions, and many bird species. In the late afternoon, continue to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, set out for the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. Pass through the Ngorongoro highlands with scenic views before descending into the endless plains of the Serengeti. Spend the day exploring the park on game drives, searching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, elephants, and the great herds of wildebeest and zebras. Witness the magical Serengeti sunset before heading to your lodge/camp in Central Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

Rise early for a drive back towards Ngorongoro, where you will descend 600 meters into the crater for a spectacular game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater, often called “Africa’s Garden of Eden,” is home to an incredible density of wildlife, including elephants, hippos, wildebeest, zebras, and the rare black rhino. After an exciting safari and picnic lunch inside the crater, drive back to Arusha and drop-off at your hotel or the airport for your onward journey.
