Safari Itinerary
Our adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel (time depends on location) and transfer to Zanzibar Airport for your 6:00 AM flight to Selous. Upon arrival, meet your experienced safari guide and set off on a thrilling full-day game drive in one of Africa’s largest wildlife reserves.
Explore diverse landscapes, from open plains to dense woodlands and the mighty Rufiji River, home to an abundance of wildlife. Spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, crocodiles, and the rare African wild dogs. Enjoy a bush lunch inside the park, surrounded by nature.
As the sun begins to set, transfer to your accommodation at African Safari Lodge, where you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight stay in the heart of the wild.
Wake up early for a guided bush walk, where an experienced ranger will introduce you to the smaller wonders of the bush, from animal tracks to unique plants. This intimate safari experience brings you closer to nature.
After breakfast, embark on a boat safari on the Rufiji River, where you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and colorful birdlife while gliding through breathtaking scenery.
Later, transfer to the airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar, arriving in the afternoon with incredible safari memories.
